Ingredients
1 small container Heinen’s fresh cut fruit (strawberry, pineapple & kiwi)
Coarse kosher or sea salt
Pebble or crushed ice
1 can Parch non-alcoholic spiced piñarita mocktail, chilled
Jalapeño, thinly sliced
Directions
  1. Run a wedge of pineapple around the rim of a rocks glass, then invert the glass into a shallow bowl of salt to coat the rim.
  2. Dice one large strawberry and two slices of kiwi. Add to the bottom of the glass. Muddle the fruit using the back of a wooden spoon until lightly smashed.
  3. Fill the glass ¾ full with ice, then top with the piñarita. Garnish with sliced jalapeño and a pineapple wedge.
